Jeep pulling trailer caught speeding at 113km/hr

The driver of a jeep pulling a trailer received a fixed charged penalty notice (FCPN) over the weekend.

The motorist was found to be travelling at 113km/hr, despite the maximum speed limit being 80km/hr when towing trailers, unless a lower speed limit sign is posted.

The detection was made by Waterford Road Policing Unit on the N25.
