A farmer has taken to Donedeal.ie in search of a new home for one of his dairy cows.
An ad, posted by a user called Ciaran with an address at Ardnacrusha, Co. Clare, reads as follows:
“Slow milker. Maybe suit rearing a couple of calves. Calved 2 months. Doing 27-litres.”
“Selling her because my wife does the evening milking and she said it’s either her or the cow goes. I’m fond of this cow but the wife is a definite keeper.”
