House for sale in Wexford for €200,000

If you are in the market for a “beautiful, quaint” countryside property, then Sherry FitzGerald O’ Leary Kinsella’s newest listing may be for you.

The firm has introduced the property in Ballyrea, Wells, Gorey, Co. Wexford to the market with a guide price of €200,000 in recent days.

According to the firm’s James Kinsella, the property boasts “an abundance” of character. Therefore, it requires some modernisation and restoration, making it an “ideal” project for any property enthusiast.

Its accommodation, spread across a ground and first floor, includes a:

  • Kitchen/dining room;
  • A bathroom;
  • Sitting room;
  • Utility room;
  • Four bedrooms.

Meanwhile, there is a large attic space, which could easily be converted into a room.

According to James, “while the décor may be in need of modernisation, the fundamentals are here for a great family home”.
