Police are investigating a livestock attack which occurred in North Wales last Friday (November 30th).

The incident took place in the Gresford Road, Hope, Wrexham vicinity at approximately 3:50pm.

North Wales Police Rural Crime Team shared images of the injured sheep on social media.

Sheep with ‘devasting injuries’

A police spokesperson said: “Another livestock attack with more devastating injuries, this time at 350pm last Friday at Gresford Road, Hope, Wrexham.”

“We believe the dog owner was present but left the scene with the dog. At this stage, we don’t know sadly if the injured sheep will survive. Recognise the dog?”
