“The opportunity to build on the farm would enhance the overall appeal of this compact holding.”

“Also, it will appeal to experienced farmers looking to expand their enterprise.”

“The opportunity to develop an organic farm or create a horticultural centre is also a very viable proposition.”

“There is demand for such products in the neighbouring towns and villages and the Galway market,” the spokesperson concluded.

In terms of location, Carrabane National School is three kilometres away, and Saint Raphaels College and the vocational school are three kilometres away in Loughrea.

Local amenities that the agent highlighted include Kilconieron GAA Club, which is “immediately adjacent”, and Loughrea Golf and Rugby Clubs, whilst Loughrea Lake is “ideal” for the swimming enthusiast.

Furthermore, the Sliabh Aughty mountains are “clearly” visible from the land, which has been “lovingly maintained” and is in “mint” condition.
