A 27-acre farm is one unit in “the heart of hunting country” has just hit the market in Co Galway.

APP Kirrane Auctioneering is handling the sale of what it describes as a “magnificent holding in a prime location”.

The property is just one mile from the Caherlavine roundabout and convenient to the town of Loughrea.

The farmland is divided into six “well-fenced” paddocks with water laid on.

In terms of location, Carrabane National School is three kilometres away, and Saint Raphaels College and the vocational school are three kilometres away in Loughrea.

Local amenities that the agent highlighted include Kilconieron GAA Club, which is “immediately adjacent”, and Loughrea Golf and Rugby Clubs, whilst Loughrea Lake is “ideal” for the swimming enthusiast.
