The C4 BER-rated residence – which “offers huge potential” – sits on a site, extending to approximately 0.59-acres and boasts “beautiful, mature” landscaped gardens.

“The property is also located close to the local, national school and is on the bus route for the local secondary school.”

“This property offers easy access to Galway, Ennis, Limerick and Shannon,” he concluded.

Meanwhile, land extending to circa 36.7-acres has just hit the market.

The lands, in two separate lots, are in south county Wexford, a short distance from Duncormick village.

The larger lot, spanning 34-acres, is 2kms from the village, while the smaller parcel, circa 2.7-acres, is just 1km from the village.

According to Quinn Property’s David Quinn, the larger lot has “extensive road” frontage on three sides.

He said it is in several “suitable” divisions with “good quality land and no waste”.

“It is currently in a mixture of tillage and grassland and may have possible site potential,” he commented.
