Murtagh Bros, has just launched to the market, a circa 37-acre residential farm with an “excellent” range of outbuildings and facilities in County Longford.

The property will come under the hammer at a public auction next month at Longford Arms Hotel on Friday, June 2nd, 2023, at 3 pm, in conjunction with LSL Auctions.

This spacious family home offers “exceptional” accommodation over two floors with landscaped gardens, Murtagh Bros noted.

The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a hall, a storage area, a reception room, a sitting room, a hallway, a bedroom (3.07 x 2.15m), a shower room, an office, and a garage, which extends to 4.54m x 3.27m.

Meanwhile, the first floor consists of a storage area, three bedrooms (6.29m x 3.41m, 4.29 x 5.25m, and 6.98 x 2.94m), a bathroom, a landing and two ensuites.

According to the selling agents, the lands, which extend to circa 37-acres, are all in permanent pasture – as per the map below – and are farmed to a “very high” standard.

The farmyard contains a 2-bay double slatted house with a lie back, a matted cubicle shed with an automatic scraper, two two-bay round roof sheds (one with calving pens), a silage slab and a cattle crush.
