Jordan Auctioneers, has for sale, a farm extending to circa 54.5-acres, outside Athy, on the Kildare/Laois border.

According to the selling agent, “some of the best land in the county” surrounds the property in Kilcrow, which has a €750,000 guide price.

The listing close to a range of locations, including Portlaoise (20km), Carlow (24km) and Newbridge (35km). Furthermore, it has good accessibility to both the M7 (25 mins) & M9 (20 mins) motorways.

Post-auction report: €485,000 for 41.5-acre roadside farm

In other property-related news, a 41.5-acre Wexford farm exceeded its guided price by €85,000 when it went for auction last Friday (July 2nd, 2021).

Quinn Property guided the roadside holding near Enniscorthy as featured on That’s Farming at €400,000 ahead of the online auction.
