Dairy farm for sale in Armagh

Meanwhile, Hewitt Property Agents believe its newest listing, a residential dairy farm at 20 Ballyhoy Road, Armagh, Northern Ireland, is “the perfect package”.

According to the selling agent, Amy Muldrew, this is a “highly attractive” 15-acre farm in a “very sought-after” farming area. The farm is approximately 3.5 miles from Armagh (A28).

The residence is a detached two-storey dwelling offering three double bedrooms, two reception rooms, and a kitchen diner.

Furthermore, Muldrew suggested is also potential to add further internal accommodation in an existing self-contained flat attached to the main dwelling.

She said: “The land is top quality, productive ground with good road frontage, adjacent to dwelling and farmyard.”

“The farm buildings include cubicle accommodation for 60 cows, two silos, a general-purpose shed and calf house, 4000L bulk tank and an 8-point DeLaval parlour.”

“The farmyard benefits from its own separate lane from the county road,” she concluded.

Lastly, the property benefits from a large detached garage. The recently tarmacked driveway has parking for multiple vehicles.
