The cottage’s accommodation includes a porch, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms.

Other features include a solid fuel stove with a back boiler, which heats radiators and water, ceramic tiled floors, laminate floors, and an open fire.

Commenting on the listing, a spokesperson for the firm said:

“The house was built in the 1950s and is constructed of mass concrete with a pitched, slate roof.”
