€49k Mayo cottage ‘needs extensive renovation, but potential to turn into cosy home’

A selling agent is seeking €49,000 for a two-bedroom traditional stone cottage for sale in Cloghvoley, Kilkelly, Co Mayo.

Sherry Fitzgerald Hanley has introduced the residence to the market in conjunction with IAM Sold Auctions.

The cottage, on a mature site, is off the N17 Galway to Sligo Road.

The accommodation includes a living room, two bedrooms and an extension to the rear comprising a kitchen and bathroom.
