A driver in the Co. Limerick is facing a day in court after Gardaí detected multiple road traffic offences.
Roads Policing recently seized a car in Castletroy for no insurance, false registration plates and green diesel use.
In a statement on social media, a Garda spokesperson said: “Roads Policing recently stopped this car in Castletroy, Limerick – being driven on false plates with no insurance.”
“With the help of our colleagues in customs, we were able to establish that it was also being driven on green diesel! The car was seized, and driver will appear in Limerick District Court.” the statement concluded.
