Smith Property believes its newest listing – a four-bed dormer bungalow for sale in Kildorough – is ideally suited to a family or retired persons.

The selling agent is seeking €300,000 for the “elegant” property which sits on an elevated 0.54ac site in Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan.

The property’s firm Margaret McCabe described the listing as a “fine dwelling constructed in the mid-2000s that is presented in impeccable condition”.
