Auctioneer seeking €200k for 12-acre block of land

Jordan Auctioneers, has for sale, a 12.7-acre block of land in Co Kildare.

The property firm is guiding the land, for sale Carbury, at €200,000.

The property extends to circa 12.7-acres (5.15 hectares) with over 500 metres frontage onto the R402.

Currently, it is in grass with mature trees and natural hedgerows on the boundaries.

According to the selling agent, there is a “lovely” aspect towards Carbury Castle to the north and Newberry House to the south.
