The lands benefit from extensive frontage overlooking the N17 Galway – Sligo National Route.

This property comprises the landmark estate dwelling known as, Ardacong House, which features a substantial two-storey, stone-cut building, extending to circa 750 sqm.

Besides, the principal dwelling has a complementary courtyard and extensive outbuildings to the rear. The building dates originally from the late 19th century and is “well situated centrally” within the landholding.

“It enjoys a tranquil setting and offers complete privacy with picturesque countryside views. Furthermore, it boasts a long, oak tree-lined avenue leading to the house.”

A fire “severely damaged” the subject dwelling in 2013, but many of the property’s traditional features and character remain intact.
