VIDEO: 133-acre residential dairy farm hits the market

New to the market is a 133-acre residential dairy farm in Co Antrim, Northern Ireland.

H.A. McIlrath & Sons are handling the sale of the property, which is available in two lots.

Guiding at £1,350,000, lot one, situated at 19 Cladytown Roads, Glarryford, Ballymena, comprises a four-bed dwelling on circa 61.40-acres of land and boasts road frontage.

According to the property firm, the dwelling was constructed in 1997, is finished to a “very high” standard and was extended/renovated a decade ago.

Accommodation comprises an entrance hall, a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, a conservatory, four bedrooms, a utility, boiler room and a bathroom.

Externally, electric entrance gates lead to a tarmac drive and a “spacious” front lawn and rear enclosed yard.

Furthermore, there are many outbuildings, including a portal frame shed 105’ x 50’partly slatted.
