The Irish Charolais Cattle Society will host its premier show and sale at Elphin Mart this Saturday (March 14th).
There are 82 bulls and 11 heifers catalogued for the sale which will begin at 12:30pm; entries will be judged at 10am.
All animals are:
- Export tested and eligible for export on the day;
- Genotyped, myostatin-tested and pre-sale inspected;
- All bulls are fertility-tested & fertility insured.
Incentives
There will be a deferred payment scheme option in place, whereby the purchaser will pay one-third of the price of the bull on the day of sale. To avail of this offer, the society must be contacted prior to the show.
Free transport to mainland UK is also on offer, as well as €100 paid towards transport costs to Northern Ireland, according to the society.
