A farm accident has claimed the life of an 11-year-old girl.
The child sustained fatal injuries after she was struck by a tractor on the family farm in Malin, Co. Donegal earlier this afternoon (Wednesday, May 13th).
She was airlifted to hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
