Kanturk Mart – cattle prices – 12-07-2021

According to a spokesperson, just under 600 animals – including some 80 calves – were on offer at Kanturk Mart on Tuesday, July 12^th, 2021.

Speaking following the general cattle sale, the spokesperson said: “We had a big entry of factory cattle with a flying trade all round.”

Cattle prices at Kanturk Mart last week

According to a spokesperson, some 560 entries – including 130 calves – went under the hammer at Kanturk Mart on Tuesday, July 6^th, 2021.

Speaking following the sale, the spokesperson said:

“A big sale for the time of year. Plenty of buyers looking for cattle after the improvement in grass growth.”
