Kanturk Mart report – cattle prices – 07-09-2021
According to a spokesperson, some 650 entries were on offer at Kanturk Mart on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021.
They reported that there was “great demand for all types of cattle”.
“We also held our spring-born weanling show and sale, which Boherbue Co-Op Creameries kindly sponsored.”
“Thomas Murphy Rockchapel was crowned supreme champion with his BBX weighing 415kg – €1320 – €3.18/kg.”

According to a spokesperson, some 570 lots were on offer at Kanturk Mart on Tuesday, August 31st, 2021.
They noted that there was a “great demand” for all types, with bullock prices up €50-€100/head on the previous week’s prices.
