Ennis Mart report – cattle prices – 07-05-2021 

According to a spokesperson, just over 300 bullocks were presented for sale at Ennis Mart on Thursday, May 7^th, 2021.

They reported a “strong trade all round with quite a few forward stock available again”.

“Some very strong prices for the quality stores can be seen from below. Beef trade strong with large numbers going north again this week,” the spokesperson added.

Ennis Mart 07-05-2021: Bullock prices:

Cattle prices 30-04-2021:

According to a spokesperson, a slightly larger entry of bullocks went under the hammer at Ennis Mart on Friday, April 30^th, 2021.

They noted that “quality was a bit more variable and quite a few heavy cattle”.

“Trade no more than steady on the week with, quality holding very well and some of these lots a shade dearer. Strong demand for beef-type bullocks,” the spokesperson added.
