According to David Quinn, some 590 cattle and 60 calves were on offer at Carnew Mart on Saturday, July 31st, 2021.
The mart manager reported that all classes met with a “very lively trade for all classes”.
“Top-class farmer demand for all types of store cattle for grass.”
“Calves were mainly all reared and ready for grass. 100 cull cows with some stock bulls. Store Friesian cows made from €100 to €300 with the weight.”
